The DV8 Offroad TCJL-01 Jeep Wrangler JL Tailgate Mounted Tire Carrier replaces the weakest link on the OEM spare tire mounting system. Unlike Jeeps of the past, the JL features a cast steel internal tailgate structure. This means that it is much stronger and more capable of handling heavier loads. The DV8 TCJL-01 tire carrier replaces the factory bracket that connects the spare to the tailgate itself. It also makes the mounting system adjustable to accommodate up to a 35-inch tire and wheel combo. 

Hinge Mounted

The DV8 Offroad TCJL-03 HD Easy Open Hinge Replacement Spare Tire Carrier provides OEM style access to the rear of your Wrangler JL, and can accommodate up to a 38-inch tire. This tire carrier will help you to get groceries in and out of your Jeep, but make no mistake, this tire carrier isn’t just for grocery runs. It has been tested on some of the toughest trails in the world, and hasn’t let us down yet. It works by completely replacing the factory hinge with a stout hardened steel hinge for ultimate durability.

Add-On-RBJL-01/06

The DV8 Offroad TCJL-06 can be added to the RBJL-01 as a bumper mounted tire carrier.

It attaches to the tailgate of the JL and operates just like the factory spare tire carrier but with the added support of being mounted to the frame. This tire carrier comes with everything needed to convert the bumper from standalone to a bumper with a tire carrier that can handle up to a 37 inch tire. 

Interior Basket

DV8 Offroad’s TCJL-01 2Door JL Interior Store rack/Tire Mount is great for any extended trips! The ability to store two layers of supplies in a cramped 2 door Wrangler can ease any long trip, on or off road. If you don’t need the extra storage, you can easily flip the rack and mount up to a 33” tire on the inside of the Jeep.
